Lace in itself may confuse you but it’s ok I gotcha! If you’re starting from scratch, read my blog post Everything You Need To Know About Lace. That post covers the basics. Read that, then come back here!
Transparent Lace is compatible with any skin tone if combined with the right product. We offer 5x5 and 13x4 Transparent Lace Pieces (Closures and Frontals). If you are looking for an alternative for HD lace, this is your pick! Transparent lace can be tinted to match any skin tone using our Lace Hue.
Lace Hue is a semi-permanent fabric coloring agent that tints the lace a warm brown color. You can achieve a more pigmented color by layering the Lace Hue to match a deep melanin scalp.
I promise Transparent Lace isn’t rocket science and it’s the right fit for you!

What’s A Lace Closure, Lace Frontal, Transparent Lace! Allat!!!
We offer 5x5 Transparent Lace Closures and work with 13x4 Transparent Lace Frontals.
Let’s start with the closure. We have a separate post explaining Transparent Lace. I advise reading this post first, then learning about Transparent Lace if you don’t know. 5x5 closures are beginner-friendly and your glue-less option. 5x5 Closures provides the scalp-like illusion 5” across your forehead and 5” back towards the crown of your head.
Because of this wide lace space, you are able to achieve deep left and right side parting. Yes! The Aaliyah Bang is possible with a 5x5 Closure...Completely Glue-Less.
13x4 Frontals are for my advanced Wig Clique Members. Those who are confident in taking care of their lace in between maintenance. They understand that non-glue-less frontals will require adhesive and day-to-day attention. Sweat and oily skin will play a factor in the longevity of your install.
Hopefully, this helps you decide on which wig piece to use for your Custom Wig Order. Frontals are expensive and special orders. I recommend providing your own frontal if you would like to use it. We offer 5x5 closures always!
Use the chart as a guide when taking your head measurements. Pay close attention to details. Please include ALL measurements as pictured. Missing measurements will cause a DELAY in wig production! If you have any questions send an email to
