Are Rissa Red wigs ready-to-wear or made to order?
Every Rissa Red wig is made to order and custom fit to your individual measurements. Your wig is constructed, customized and styled specifically for you—so when it arrives, it's ready for you to put on and wear.
How do I know what wig size I need?
You don't have to choose between Small, Medium or Large. Every custom wig requires six head measurements to create a fit specific to you. You can submit your own measurements using our Measurement Guide or have them professionally taken during a consultation.
Do I need a consultation before ordering?
A consultation is optional before purchasing, but highly recommended for first-time clients or anyone who needs assistance with measurements, wig selection or the custom wig process. A Design Consultation is required after your wig purchase.
How long will it take to receive my wig?
Custom wig orders have a 12–14 business day processing/production timeframe. Because each wig is made specifically for you, please plan accordingly when ordering for a special event or specific date.
Are custom wig purchases refundable?
No. Because every wig is custom made to your individual measurements and specifications, all custom wig purchases are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
How long will my custom wig last?
With proper care and maintenance, your custom wig can last for years. Longevity will vary depending on wear, styling, maintenance and how the wig is cared for between wears.
