Order Processing, Shipping & Returns
Please review the following information carefully before placing your order with Rissa Red Studios. Because our custom wigs are made specifically for each client, processing and return policies differ from those of traditional ready-to-ship products.
Payment Processing
Please allow 24–48 hours for payment processing and verification.
Your order will not enter production until payment has been successfully processed and all required order information has been received.
Custom Wig Production Time
Custom wigs require approximately 12–14 business days for production.
Your production timeframe begins once:
Your payment has been successfully processed
All six required head measurements have been received
Your measurements and required order details have been reviewed and confirmed
Any required design details have been finalized
Weekends, holidays, payment-processing time, and shipping time are not included in the 12–14-business-day production period.
Because each wig is individually constructed, customized, colored, and styled, completion dates may vary slightly. If an unexpected delay affects your order, Rissa Red Studios will contact you.
Measurements & Order Information
Custom-fit wigs cannot enter production without all required measurements and order information.
Please submit accurate measurements and respond promptly to any requests for additional information. Delays in submitting measurements, completing required consultations, or providing requested order details may delay the start of your production timeframe.
Clients who submit their own measurements are responsible for their accuracy. Your wig will be constructed according to the measurements provided.

Design Consultation
Custom wig purchases include a complimentary Design Consultation to confirm your measurements and finalize any remaining design details before construction begins.
Scheduling instructions will be provided after your purchase.
Please complete your Design Consultation promptly. Your 12–14-business-day production timeframe will not begin until all information required to construct your wig has been received and confirmed.
Order Changes
Please review your selections carefully before submitting your order.
Because custom wigs are made specifically for each client, changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has entered production.
If you need to request a change to your order, please contact Rissa Red Studios as soon as possible. We will let you know whether the requested change can still be accommodated.
Additional charges may apply to approved changes depending on the request.
Shipping
Completed orders are shipped via UPS.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Please remember that shipping time is separate from the 12–14-business-day production timeframe. Delivery times vary based on your location, selected shipping method, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of Rissa Red Studios' control.
Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact Rissa Red Studios as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.
Rissa Red Studios is not responsible for delivery delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Tracking & Delivery
Once tracking information has been provided, customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery status of their package.
Carrier tracking may take time to update after your shipping confirmation is received.
If your tracking information shows a delivery issue, delay, or other carrier-related problem, please contact UPS and Rissa Red Studios as soon as possible so the appropriate next steps can be determined.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact Rissa Red Studios as soon as possible and retain all packaging and shipping materials.
Carrier investigations or claims may be required before a resolution can be determined.
Rissa Red Studios is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen.
Final Sale: Custom Wigs
All custom wig sales are final.
Because custom wigs are individually colored, customized, constructed, and/or sized specifically for the customer, they are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges due to:
Change of mind
Incorrect measurements submitted by the customer
Selecting the wrong length, color, style, or product option
Differences in color caused by lighting, photography, or device display settings
Failure to review the product description before purchasing
Please carefully review all product details, measurements, photos, processing times, and policies before submitting your order.
Fit Concerns
Your wig will be constructed according to the measurements provided or confirmed for your order.
If you believe there is an issue with the construction or fit of your wig, please contact Rissa Red Studios promptly after receiving your order so the concern can be reviewed.
Fit adjustments resulting from inaccurate customer-submitted measurements may require an additional service fee.

If you believe you received the wrong item or there is a problem with your order, please contact Rissa Red Studios promptly after delivery.

Clear photos or videos showing the concern
Each concern will be reviewed individually to determine the appropriate next step.
