Do you sell ready-to-wear wigs?
No. All wigs are made to order to ensure the highest level of customization, quality, and fit.

The Custom Wig Experience
Do I need a consultation before purchasing?
Consultations are optional before purchase, but highly recommended for first-time clients. A Design Consultation is required after purchase.
How long does it take to receive my wig?

What if my wig doesn’t fit?
If measurements were taken by Rissa Red Studios, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Client-submitted measurements may require a paid adjustment service.

Why are custom wigs more expensive?
Each unit is machine sewn using premium materials and tailored specifically to you. This ensures superior quality, longevity, and a true custom fit.
Are payments refundable?
All custom wigs are final sale due to the personalized nature of the service.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your service or purchase.
Wig Services
What is wig reconstruction?
Wig reconstruction involves removing your unit from its original cap and rebuilding it on a new cap to restore structure and fit.
Can all wigs be reconstructed?
Wigs must have reusable hair and lace in good condition. Units are assessed at drop-off.
Do you offer lace repairs?
Minor repairs may be possible. Severely damaged lace may require replacement.
Appointments & Scheduling
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. All services are by appointment only.
What happens if I’m late?
Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable.
Care & Maintenance
How long will my wig last?
With proper care, your custom wig can last 1–3 years or longer.
Do you offer maintenance services?
Yes. We offer washing, styling, and reconstruction services.
How often should I service my wig?
Every 2–4 weeks, depending on wear.
