Each Spice unit is constructed using four bundles of body-wave hair and a 5x5 HD lace closure, machine-sewn onto a lightweight mesh ventilated cap according to your individual head measurements.

No stylist is required to install your wig. Minor touch-ups may be needed after shipping to refresh the finished style.

Custom Sizing

This is a custom-fit wig. You will not simply select extra-small, small, medium, large, or extra-large.

All six exact head measurements are required:

1. Circumference

2. Front to nape

3. Ear to ear across the front hairline

4. Ear to ear over the top

5. Temple to temple around the back

6. Nape of neck

Your hair should be styled as flat as possible when taking your measurements. A flat braid-down is recommended.

Please measure twice and submit the exact numbers in inches. Do not round your measurements or add extra inches.

After You Order: Your Design Consultation

A complimentary Design Consultation is included with your Fall Essentials wig purchase.

After placing your order, you'll receive instructions for scheduling your consultation so your measurements and any remaining design details can be confirmed before production begins.

If you're not confident taking your own measurements, please don't guess. Measurement assistance can be provided during your consultation.

Processing and Turnaround Time

Please allow 12–14 business days for your custom wig to be completed after:

• Your payment has been processed

• All six measurements have been received

• Your measurements and order details have been confirmed

Payment processing may require an additional 24–48 hours. Weekends, holidays, and shipping time are not included in the 12–14-business-day production period.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been completed and shipped.

Important Color and Lighting Disclaimer

Spice's brown-ginger color may appear different depending on natural light, indoor lighting, studio lighting, camera settings, and the brightness or color settings of your device.

Please review every product photo and video before ordering, paying close attention to how Spice appears in different lighting conditions.

Slight differences in how the color appears across lighting environments or screens are not considered product defects. Because each unit is professionally colored, slight variations may also occur between individual wigs.

Styling and Maintenance

Spice arrives styled with soft, loose curls and is ready to wear. To protect the hair, preserve the finished color, and maintain the quality of your wig:

• Apply a heat protectant before using hot tools

• Use professional products made for color-treated hair

• Avoid excessive heat

• Shampoo in a downward motion

• Allow the wig to air-dry whenever possible

• Store the wig on a stand or in its provided packaging

• Avoid sleeping or showering in the wig

Loose curls may require light refreshing after wear or shipping to restore the original finished style.

Orders placed on October 9 will receive one complimentary wig-maintenance service.

Final-Sale Policy

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
